MACUL proudly announces our newest member benefit, Form Builder from PowerIT.

Teachers, technology staff and certainly administrators all have uses for online forms, uses such as an online help desk, computer room signup, parent field trip volunteer signup, homework submission... The list goes on and on. This year MACUL has arranged with leading K-12 webware company, PowerIT, to offer this online tool to its members at no cost. All you have to do is sign up at the registration link below.

Big Deal Book of Technology - Free email newsletter subscription

MACUL has entered into a partnership with The Big Deal Book of Technology to provide our members with current sources of grant and contest information, free materials and equipment, professional development training programs, research reports of interest and interactive web sites to engage students in learning. This resource provides information on millions of dollars in grants and contest opportunities and cuts across content areas. MACUL will deliver this electronic newsletter to members twice each month. For privacy reasons, email addresses have NOT been shared with a third party and the newsletter will be sent directly to MACUL members.

My Education Connection - discounted online professional development courses

The Michigan Association for Computer Users in Learning and Instructional Technology Service, Inc. are pleased to announce new online professional development courses. MACUL and Instructional Technology Service, Inc. have partnered to offer a customized, online learning opportunity for teachers that focus on core academic content in a self-paced format. Two online learning series are available for MACUL members - Classroom Instruction and School Safety. MACUL members may select as many learning modules as they wish and earn between 15-45 clock hours of professional development for a discounted rate of $79 per series. In addition, members will have the option of paying for 1-3 graduate credit hours from higher education partners. Also, MACUL members can access over 200 on-line courses in a variety of formats - instructor-led, self-paced and an online learning library. Many of these courses can be taken for graduate credit!
