The MACUL Conference is March 10-12!

March 10: SIGMM Preconference Session (Leslie Fisher & Jim Morrison)

We are hosting 4 half day pre-conference sessions on Wednesday, March 10. Due to popular demand, we are having Leslie Fisher come back and do a half day session on Digital Photography, and a half day session on iLife . Additionally, we are having Jim Morrison come and do a couple half day sessions on video: Hands On Video , and Video on a Shoestring. We are very excited about all four of these sessions! Please check out the links for more information on these great sessions! Note that each has a limited enrollment, so may fill up early.

March 11: SIGMM Annual Meeting @ Lunch

We have moved our Annual Meeting to Thursday at lunch. A great opportunity for you to get a cheap lunch... it will only cost you $5 (in addition to the $5 membership fee) and listening to us talk for a bit. You can't beat that price! Join us in discussing how we can make SIGMM grow.

What is SIGMM?

The Special Interest Group of Multimedia (SIGMM) focuses on all of the many digital technology possibilities in classroom presenting and publishing. We sponsor presentations, workshops and other events that give Michigan educators opportunities to learn how to use video, photography, Hyperstudio, PowerPoint, World Wide Web, Virtual Reality environments, animation and music to build their own classroom projects.
